Clearing Troubles

DSC

1. The panel will be periodically beeping with a little yellow light. 

2. Press * 2 

3. It will say “View Trouble”. 

4. Press * again. 

5. It will read “Service Required” and the area in need or service.

6. Press # three times to silence the beep. 

7. The Customer will need to schedule an appointment to fix the issue at this point.
