For your protection, only the account holder can make changes to the account.
There are many options available to you to make changes to your call or contact list. Any changes to your list, need to be sent to us in writing. Please include your name, address, account number and passcode along with the changes you request. If you don't know your passcode, send a photocopy of your drivers license.

Please provide us with your new Global Passcode. For verification purposes, we ask that you provide your existing Global Passcode. If you don't know your Global Passcode, please provide us a copy of the driver's license of the account holder. Passcode changes are typically handled the same day as the request. You will receive verification from our department after the changes have become effective.
