The Carbon Monoxide Alert indicates a carbon monoxide sensor reported an alert. This could result in danger to the customer or property damage and should receive immediate attention. Sometimes this error occurs when the sensor has not been reset and is not reporting a reset to Alarm.com.
How to resolve:
Verify the sensor has returned to its normal state. Once the sensor has returned to its normal state, the trouble condition can be removed using the Customer Website.
To remove this trouble condition using the Customer Website:
- Have the customer log into the Customer Website using their login and password.
- On the Home page, click Alerts and Issues.
- In Alerts & Issues, locate Carbon Monoxide Alert, then click Remove Alert.
