Hik-Vision - How to connect to a New Router for Hik-Vision Cameras

If you recently had changes to your internet or changed your router and you now can't view your camera's on your app or phone, you will need to reboot your Hik-Vision NVR or DVR. 

 You can accomplish this by unplugging and re plugging the unit from the wall outlet OR you can reboot it by toggling the on\off switch to off for 5 seconds and then back on again. After your unit finishes rebooting,  try to access your cameras from your NVR or DVR,  then confirm that you can view them from the Hik-Vision App.
