Geotab-User not visible in the database.

SYMPTOMS

  • User cannot be viewed in the database
  • I am not able to see one of my users in Mygeotab

APPLIES TO

  • MyGeotab

CAUSE

 The user was made historical.

RESOLUTION

  1. Navigate to Administration > Users
  2. Select Filter > Toggle Show archived (historical) to Yes > Apply changes
  3. Enter the relevant user name in the Search name box

ADDITIONAL NOTES


If the user cannot be found even if Show archived (historical) has been selected, the user may have been created with the wrong authentication type, please contact Support at 855-222-3426.
